Oreo Pie – Step by Step Guide
This cookies and cream pie will become one of your favorite desserts if you love Oreos. It only needs a few simple ingredients and has a crunchy Oreo pie crust. The filling is creamy and full of bits of Oreo cookies.

How To Make Oreo Pie
To Make the Crust:
- Spray some cooking spray on a 9-inch pie pan. For about 30 to 45 seconds, pulse the Oreos in a food processor until they are very small.
- Put them in a medium-sized bowl and mix in the melted butter until everything is well mixed. Fill the pie pan from bottom to top with the dough.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes and up to 3 days while you make the filling.
To make the filling:
- For about two minutes, beat the cream on medium-high speed in a big bowl until stiff peaks form. In a different big bowl, beat the cream cheese on medium-high speed for about two minutes, or until it is smooth and fluffy.
- (There’s no need to clean the whisks between the cream and the cream cheese.)It will take about a minute of mixing after adding the vanilla and confectioners’ sugar until the mixture is smooth.
- Mix the whipped cream and chopped Oreos in slowly until they are all mixed in. Place the filling on top of the frozen shell and spread it out evenly.
- Cover loosely and put in the fridge for at least 6 hours or up to 2 days until it sets. If you want, you can add more whipped cream and Oreos on top when it’s time to serve.

You can either make the pie crust or the whole pie ahead of time. The pie crust can be frozen for up to three months or kept in the fridge for up to three days. When you freeze it, make sure to cover the top with tin foil and then tightly wrap it in plastic. Pie weights can be used to help press the plastic wrap down against the pie crust.

If you want to freeze the whole no-bake Oreo pie for another day, don’t put the whipped cream on top. It will be easier to wrap. To your surprise, whipped cream freezes really well, so you can freeze pie pieces without having to take off the toppings. You might squash the whipped cream if you use plastic wrap.
