Oreo Pie – Step by Step Guide

This cookies and cream pie will become one of your favorite desserts if you love Oreos. It only needs a few simple ingredients and has a crunchy Oreo pie crust. The filling is creamy and full of bits of Oreo cookies.

How To Make Oreo Pie

To Make the Crust:

  • Spray some cooking spray on a 9-inch pie pan. For about 30 to 45 seconds, pulse the Oreos in a food processor until they are very small.
  • Put them in a medium-sized bowl and mix in the melted butter until everything is well mixed. Fill the pie pan from bottom to top with the dough.
  • Freeze for at least 30 minutes and up to 3 days while you make the filling.

To make the filling:

  • For about two minutes, beat the cream on medium-high speed in a big bowl until stiff peaks form. In a different big bowl, beat the cream cheese on medium-high speed for about two minutes, or until it is smooth and fluffy.
  • (There’s no need to clean the whisks between the cream and the cream cheese.)It will take about a minute of mixing after adding the vanilla and confectioners’ sugar until the mixture is smooth.
  • Mix the whipped cream and chopped Oreos in slowly until they are all mixed in. Place the filling on top of the frozen shell and spread it out evenly.
  • Cover loosely and put in the fridge for at least 6 hours or up to 2 days until it sets. If you want, you can add more whipped cream and Oreos on top when it’s time to serve.
