Foolproof Kettle Corn Recipe

Kettle corn, a snack often considered a special treat, is often purchased fresh at fairs or country stores, since bagged versions may not be as tasty.

– 2 tablespoons coconut oil – ½ cup popcorn kernel – ½ teaspoon salt – 2 tablespoon sugar

Put the coconut oil into a big pan and heat it over medium heat until it is hot.
