Bisquick Scones Recipe – Easiest Recipe Ever

Bisquick Scones Recipe – Easiest Recipe Ever: Flaky, buttery, and delicately crumbly, Bisquick scones are perfect for breakfast or dessert. Plus, these are studded with decadent chocolate chips.

Table of Contents

  • 2 cups original Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup cold heavy whipping cream, plus more for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cold egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a cookie sheet with non-stick spray or shortening or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, chocolate chips, whipping cream, sugar, egg, and vanilla until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Form the dough into an 8-inch circle and place it on the cookie sheet. Brush it with whipping cream and sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Coat a knife with flour and use it to cut the dough into 8 equal wedges, without slicing all the way through. (The entire dough will bake as one large scone.)
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Let the scones cool slightly for 5 minutes, then transfer them onto a cooling rack. Divide into 8 wedges. Serve warm and enjoy!
